Fr. Rick Leone
Senior Pastor
Fr. Rick has been a priest in the Anglican tradition for almost thirty years. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Anglican Theological Seminary and a Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Fr. Rick is also a licensed social worker and a master addictions counselor. Throughout his years of ministry, he has worked in the areas of pastoral care, addiction, hospice, mental health, gangs, homelessness, and grief. Fr. Rick serves as the Senior Pastor of Risen Savior with support from his wife of 34 years, Diane, and his five adult children.
Fr. Hal West
Associate Pastor
Fr. Hal followed his calling after a career in law enforcement. He served as a Chaplain for first responders with Serve and Protect, a national organization dedicated to providing spiritual care and support to law enforcement officers. He was a Certified Chaplain and Certified Spiritual Care Specialist with the Salvation Army’s Emergency Disaster Services in the Central and Southern territories. Fr. Hal has also been active in promoting the message of Christ through the arts. He has appeared in over a dozen faith-based films and television programs as well as working in various off-camera duties in several productions. Fr. Hal now serves as Associate Pastor at Risen Savior Anglican Church
Tami Caito
Administration Assistant
Tami grew up in Wabash County and graduated from Northfield High School. She furthered her studies at Great Lakes Christian College obtaining a degree in Religious education with focuses in Bible, music, and counseling. Tami served as Risen Savior's Music Minister from 1994 through 2021, when she got married and moved to McConnelsville Ohio. There, she served at Main Street Church of Christ as a secretary, Sunday School teacher, and music director for children. She moved back and rejoined Risen Savior in November of 2024, a year and a half after her husband's passing. Tami now serves as our Administration Assistant!
